Unlimited.ai is an online investment tool that delivers transparency, efficiency, and insights. This tool transforms complex financial data into easy-to-understand insights using AI-powered automation, catering to the needs of investment and finance professionals.
My Approach
My approach to Unlimited.ai branding was rooted in strategic simplicity and clarity of connection. As a part of the Sparc Team, we had the opportunity to work with our external client, Unlimited.ai, a startup company specializing in investment portfolio management, in 2025.
This project was undertaken while I was a Lead Designer at Sparc Cooperative.
Problems
As a new startup, the company needed a logo and brand that clearly convey Unlimited.ai’s role as an investment technology and software business. They did not want “unlimited” to be interpreted as promising unlimited investment returns or unlimited investment management capabilities. Instead, they wanted a brand that stands out to investors, marketers, economists, and financiers and their competitors.
Solutions
• Develop a logo that stands out with something unique and modern, rather than using the traditional corporate style often seen in finance and investment management logos.
• Balanced serif and sans-serif typography to create a sense of trust, security, and modern professionalism.
• Used blue and white tones to create a sense of cleanliness, freshness, and clarity while maintaining safety, privacy, and trust.
• Thoughtfully designed to ensure that the logo's meaning strongly resonates with its visual appeal, creating a cohesive and impactful identity across the digital platforms.

Our clients expressed their confidence that my proposal has been approved. Following the conclusion of our commission and the offboarding process, the Unlimited.ai logo as a logo mark continued to be used across their website. Both the typeface and brand identity were adjusted to align with their chosen wordmark and preferences. It is essential to note this change.
Logo Concept
The logo features the letter 'U' with a 4-point star on the right side of the 'U'. The legs or stems of the 'U' letter depict two papers facing each other, in the shape of the 'U', representing the left paper transitioning into the new paper. It also displays a four-point star on the right, conveying the artificial intelligence's ability to transform complex data into easy-to-understand information. The shoulder of the 'U' supports the two legs on both sides as it transitions from the left to the right of the legs. Overall, it forms a U-shaped star, serving as the logo for 'Unlimited.ai.'
